There are different types of Conjunctivitis and it is necessary to diagnose the type you have. Ciplox may work only if it is a bacterial conjunctivitis. Bacterial conjunctivitis usually responds well to medication in 5-7 days. Viral conjunctivitis could take few to several weeks to respond and allergic forms of conjunctivitis could take days to weeks. The lines of treatment are different in each of these cases.
Next Steps
You would ideally need to see an eye doctor to diagnose the type of conjunctivitis and start the appropriate medication. If there has been inadequate response to Ciplox over 3-4 days then you may need a different group of medications depending on the diagnosis.
