Dear sir, One of my friend got kidney  transplantation before 15 years when he was 19 years old , he is normal right now . he want to get marry  will his birth defect transfer to his kids ,if so what are the precautionary measures we should take to avoid them and what are the medical treatments that are available to produce a healthy baby
