Confusion and Fear

I have confusions and repeatedly check if I have dropped or forgotten something every time I leave a place. I am very slow. Sometimes I couldn't take disturbing thoughts off my mind how much ever I try. I repeat certain actions many times so that something bad would not happen. I have extreme fear of death. I am an introvert. I am afraid of people hating me when I might be better at something than they are.

It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve.
