Confusion about periods and pregnancy

Hello....actually i had my periods on 1st sep only which lasted for a week, and i had unprotected sex with my partner on the same day it was ended. i took i-pill within 46 hours at that time and now, my periods started again exact after 21 days of recent cycle. Is it normal or anything to worry about, as i am not sure if it was normal periods only or any symptom of pregnancy?
