Get pregnancy test done. Some women will have bleeding in initial days of pregnancy. Or as per information you provided it may also occur with iron deficiency also. Sensation of vomiting and general weakness occurs in some females during menstruation. Homoeopathy safely and affectively cures your problem. It needs further enquiry. If you suspect pregnancy consult a gynaecologist once.

Kindly go to the gynecologist so that you can be assessed and can undergo further investigation such as an ultrasound, blood routine so as to find the cause of your pink pad, vomiting and fainting.
