Confused bet  psychiatrist orpychologist

I had been diagnosed with anxiety issues 4 years back in CPI and taking medicine for 1 year back .and use fluxetin 20 mg for some period for time .in last 2 year and last 1 year i feel better .. but few days ago i fell panic attack .now I am confused to go weather to  psychiatrist or psychological for a therapy.. because I don't want to consume Medicine if my problem can solved my taking therapy
