I'll be quick I read up on mental disorders and I think I could have Alot of different disorders cause the symptoms overlap with each other is there a name for this or no

Reading about mental disorder in internet and believing in same about oneself is common. Even mental health professionals during their trainee period feel same sometimes.

Firstly do not read up on anything they will just add to the confusion that you already have. Do not assume that you have any mental illness or disorder. It may be just anxiety that is manifested in different forms. Talk to a trained psychologist and enumerate your issues and let them diagnose. They are trained for it. God bless
