Hi, how can on get confirmation of pregnancy? Are the devices sold in chemist shops reliable? Can those be trusted with genuine results?

Blood test  beta-hcg and transvaginal USG to confirm the pregnancy. But home pregnancy tests are reliable, chances of false positive are there but reliable
