Concentric rings around light source

Why do I see concentric rings coming out of light source ? I have +0.5 power in both eyes and floaters since June . I went to retinal specialist multiple times but never got a answer to this. I have attached a photo, it looks like the left 1

We need to assess If it is there in one or both the eyes and whether it is associated with pain. It may be due to nummular keratitis or due to glaucoma. These can be ruled out only by a physical ophthalmic evaluation. Kindly consider a consultation taking proper covid precautions.

Hi.. Could be due to extreme dryness or Some people may have natural corneal aberrations ... U can do topography / aberometery ..to check with the doctor..
