Continuous light bleeding and spotting in 6-7 weeks pregnancy still can it continue to be normal pregnancy? Can this light bleeding and spotting lead to miscarriage?

Yes if continuous bleeding present then chances of abortion are high..... But still some cases continue with medicines and proper follow up with gynaec
