My lower segment of placenta is lying on the internal os... I'm now 21 weeks pregnant.. I've mild brown discharge now and then... I'm much worried... Is there any chances placenta will move up ?

It is said that grade 3placenta previa means you are sitting on volcano, where any time bleeding can start, you are blessed if no bleeding, so give thanks to GOD. Your HB should be 13,so if any time bleeding will start your life can be safe, you should avoid sex, and don't hold urine, and avoid straining during passing motion. Ok
