It's actually brave of u to decide and seek help. It's the first step to realise that things can be made better with some temporary assistance. Yes it helps to talk about things becos of new Perspective we get and a neutral opinion regarding things we dint imagine existed. Its always like intentionally we may be right but action might not be in actual correct direction.. But even then we r learning how NOT to do things.
I wud appreciate if u get in touch with a psychiatrist of ur choice and discuss in detail.. It surely is going to be help to u.
