I have 23 months old boy. He is playing with me very well.. He knew how to say amma.. But he couldn't call me.. Sometimes he ignores our words.. He involves with his play.. We are very worrying about him. Can u please suggest me any thing.. Is there any necessary to meet developmental pediatrician?

it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not. the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is 1.gross motor milestone 2.fine motor milestone 3.social milestone 4.language milestone.
