You can take tab Dolo 500mg as required for headache ( 2-3 times a day). Take steam and you can use easibreathe capsule for inhalation. Also can take tab zincovit once a day after food for 2 weeks. For cold you can take tab cetrizine at bed time for 1-2 days Rest
