Lateral end color bone facture on 20-6-2018. Now she is on shoulder immobilizer, Should she go for surgery or it will be healed on its own? which would be the best one shoulder immobilizer or clavicle brace??..attaching the recent x-ray...please advice...

Best is surgery anyday as it allows anatomical reduction and early rehabilitation. In conservative , arm pouch or shoulder immobiliser are enough but the arm has to immobiliser for 6 weeks.
