I done colonoscopy on 9/3/2020.in colonoscopy report  mentioned normal.but doctor gave sample of left & right colon  do biopsy.in biopsy report, Impression= chronic non specific inflammation. Please tell me what it means I have any problem. Colonoscopy &biopsy report attached. I have hashitomotto disease.

It can be because any inflammatory cause. Depends on what are your symptoms. The colonoscopy is otherwise normal
