I have been having cold, throat pain, cough for last one week.. Had some basic medicines like Citrizen, Ncip cold over the counter.. Not reduced.. Pls suggest some medicine

Hello. Well  you need to start doing salt water gargling as it is very important to reduce the pain ...Secondly since it's a week..I would suggest you to start on antibiotics like amox clav 625 mg twice a day for 5 days ..And continue to take cetrizine and paracetamol...Thank you
