I keep on getting these cold sores reacquiring and i have tried everything acid top and all these products what can i do to take it away

There can be many reasons for oral ulcers especially those which are multiple and recurrent. If the problem is so frequent you should get yourself evaluated by a dentist so that the right diagnosis can be established in your case.
