Cold sores everywhere - keep spreading

I'm in China and have first outbreak of cold sores-Inside/outside lips, chin, fingers, and eyes. Everytime sores heal, another batch erupts. I'm taking Zinc, Vitamin B, using Blistex, washing hands regularly, not touching face. 10 days since first blister, nothing helps. Chinese doctors don't understand and have no meds like Abreva. Still spreading
