Having cold since 2 days and bit headache and body pain Took sinarest feeling better but not completely ok. Age 45.wt 77, on eltroxin 100mg for last 16yrs What else can I take alongwith sinarest and how many days to consume sinarest

Steam Inhalation and increasing fluids in your diet such as soups and herbal teas would help..However if u develop bodypain ,fever,throat pain it is best to consult the doctor in person..Only taking sinarest incase u have an infection running wouldn't help,u might require medicines depending upon the type of infection.
