Which wood pressed oil is good for indian cooking. Does daily use of yellow mustard oil is good? I have inflammation issue and also i have acidity issue. Could you please suggest which oil is good for intake.

Oil is not related with ur acidity... U can use wood pressed yellow mustard oil.. Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
