Salt water gargle thrice a day. Avoid cold water / drinks for a week. Avoid triggering factors .If it doesn't decrease consult gynecologist.

Yes you can take lukewarm saline gargles three times daily, hot beverages like tea, coffee, green tea etc. , Steam Inhalation.
