Cold from past few months

I have been suffering from blocked nose back ache chest pain from past few months and sometimes sore throat. I also have palpitations in the night and I feel suffocated while palpitations every time I go to a doctor they test me for covid 19 and every time it is negative so they give me antihistamines and antibiotics for sore throat I feel fine for that time but again I start suffering. And these anxiety attacks or palpitations are now getting frequent I feel tightness around my neck chest. The doctor also did my ECG once it was normal. I don't know what's happening to me please help

Can be allergic episodes as well.. You feel better with antihistamines and again start t same thing. try to recognize the causing agent and remove it.. may be due to a pollergen, dust or even any specific food.. have a watch. If still palpitations are there then we can work up on that.

U can get thyroid profile done once...if it is normal...u must be suffering from panic attacks.. Try doing meditation ..and addressing ur fears...and still u have those attacks, u may need medication
