Cold for 4days - need to COVID test?

Dear Sir I have cold for 4days  and some times  throat iching - do I need to take COVID test .? As I got cold without any reason suddenly started .now I have confusion that I should not delay for COVID test. Please confirm.

There is no harm to test for covid 19 - ANTIGEN OR RT PCR TEST. yours symptoms not indicative for covid. Only cold is very rare not associated with fever , is not common in covid,. It might be seasonal allergies. STEAM INHALATION IS BENEFICIAL.

Do you have any fever also. If u develop cold with out any reason u might be suffering from allergic rhinitis. Fever is almost must for covid.
