Cold cough since last 4 months

My son has cold and fry cough since last 4 months with very high fever in every 15-20 days. We have to give antibiotic every time he has fever as it's throat infection. Is relent plus and Allegra suspension are for cold and cough? Can I give allegra syrup every time he has runny nose and cough?

Your son needs complete evaluation. Kindly, take him to nearby hospital for proper history, examination, investigations. Don't give antibiotics everytime.
