She has cold since four five days.... getting worse day by day.... nose remain wetty ... cries alot at night... becoming weak... not eating enough these days.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  If the problem is so severe, then i think it was time to consult a paediatrician. But anyways, you can give her a syp. Montina-L 5ml twice a day.  If it still persists, then consult a paediatrician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
