I have cold and Cough and body pain past two days and also have runny nose while coughing pain occur in body

You are having viral fever.  Take paracetamol 650mg 3 times daily for 2 days. Drink plenty of warm liquids.  If no relief  consult a doctor who can examine you and advise.
