Cold and slight fever
5 year old daughter has cold , slight cough and slight fever since two days.
Have p-125 and the fever leaves..but by evening fever comes again.
She is active . Pls suggest medicines.
Continue paracetamol syp for fever, and symptomatic for cold and cough...if child playful inbetween fever then only observe the child..

if no improvement in 2 days then consult doctor or online...

Measure and chart temperature.. if temperature is more than 100.4F then give paracetamol (p125 syp) as per dose. Give warm water. If it is since 2 days then you should consult pediatrician either online consultation or in person consultation
