I'm having Rhinitis Medicamentosa from the past one month, and now I was recovering a bit from it when I caught cold, My nose is blocked continuously throughout the day and I cannot even have decongestants which I'm allergic to now because I overused the Sinarest Decongestant spray for a long period of 1 1/2 years. Please suggest me what to do and which medicine to take!

Hi...as per your history you seem to be suffering from rhinitis medicamentosa....
Next Steps
I'll start you on the following regimen 1)tab.montek-lc one tab before sleeping for 15 days 2)AZEFLO nasal spray or DUONASE nasal spray one puff in each nostril twice daily for 15days... We'll review after that!!
