My friend is having cold and neck pain from some days. She is  drinking hot water and doing gargles but it is not helping her. What is the solution for this ??

Tell your friend to continue gargling with warm salt water 3 times in a day. Tab levocitrazin 5 mg one's at night for 5 day's. Gargle with betadin 2 % mint gargle. 3 times in a day for 5 day's. Drink plenty of water. Tab paracitamol 650mg 3 times in a day for 3 days. She will be fine soon.
