Cold and heavy head

My age is 35+, weight 55kg. From yesterday night I got cold runny nose was there and itching in throat. From today morning cold is there but runny nose not there. Throat also no problem. No fever , temperature 98.9. but head is feeling little bit heavy. What needs to do? I have kodzen cough syrup can I take this? Should I take antibiotics?

Hello , As per you symptoms you have got throat infection with viral Symptoms ... Request not to ignore it ...start your treatment of antibiotics . Stop eating citrus fruits / cold liquids .
