Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take a tab. Telekast-L twice s dsy after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Have a soft diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Best regards.  Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
