My son having fever of 38.5 c to38 c temp. For two days. And have given him crocin drops twice a day but fever not going down. And he got fever in the middle of the night.

hi please give same paracetomal for every 6 hourly and see if fever subsides and if child is active interfebrile mostly the fevers will be viral so wait till 48 hours if child is active
Next Steps
give plenty of oral fluids , if fever doesnt subsides after 48 hrs have to start antibiotics depends on the child condition
