If cold is preceding your ear symptoms of blockage, most likely pososbility is eusctachian tube dysfunction.. Start empirical therapy in form of Otrivin Nasal drops three times a day, Tb Levocetrizine 10 mg before sleep and Valsalva maneuver... Best is to see an ENT specialist in person who will confirm the diagnosis.
