Please let me know what to use for my 8months old son who is having cold and cough since 2 days because of change in climate

Maintain hydration. Give nasal saline drops in case of nasal blockage. Give wickoryl drops 0.5 mL three times daily for 3 days. Stop bottle feeding if any.
Next Steps
These are usually self limiting. They resolve without antibiotics in a few days

Watch out for loss of appetite, fever and fast breathing.

saline nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril every 4hours continue breastfeeding hold the baby upright during feeds to reduce coughing consider Flu vaccine yearly
