My son suffering from Cold and cough he is 9 months and weight is 9 kg I have no block Af drops , cefolac 5g/10ml and gucef 6g/10ml Which combination should I give and in what quantity dosage

Absolute no indication for antibiotics.Stop All Antibiotics.Put Nasoclear saline drops every 2 hourly.No points in using cough syp with narcotic agents.Better nebulize patient with 3%normal saline.
