I have a runny nose with sneezes and sore throat with light cough. I usually take wikoryl. But as that was not available I was given nicip cold and flu as an alternative to that. Can I use it?

Nicip cold and flu has an additional drug called nimesulide which is not required in your condition. There are many other alternatives available.
