Cold and cough frequently - 3 yrs boy
Hello Doctor,
Initially when my 3 yrs son was not going to school he had a cold and coughed mostly when the season got changed but after joining the play- group in 2.8 yrs, he was frequently caught with a cold and cough.
He snores also while sleeping and also takes breath from mouth sometimes mostly in sleeping.
Sometimes he coughs while sleeping . All this started a month ago.
Please suggest what needs to be done here ?
Viral infection due environmental changes , keep watch on allergic features ,avoid the triggers like dust , cold items, agarbattis, mosquito repellents .
Get evalated for Adenoid enlargement .try using saline nasal drops.
