My son is 6 years old. 3 days ago he swallowed five rupees coin. We had X-ray. And doctor told it comes out in stool. But not yet come. What we should do

If no symptoms of pain or restlessness you can wait 3-4 days. Also, give him 2-3bananas per day , papaya, guava. See that he passes stool .and keep a check. Otherwise, you have to show the gastroenterologist to remove the coin by endoscopy

Usually comes in 2 days Maximum 7 days Danger signs: diarrhoea, constipation, vomiting, stomach ache Then need to remove by scopy.
