As per now, u need to avoid giving pressure over the area. Avoid prolonged sitting. Use doughnut shaped pillows. Do mild self massage over painful area with moderate tolerable pressure and apply ice pack after that, for 15 minutes. Once pain is minimal, you can start with pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
