CMV reactivation

If anyone is cmv igG positive. Any possibility of reactivation of CMV after some time. I am asking this because everytime person suffers from breathing issue when get cold.

Yes CMV can get re activated.. But normally not seen.. Only if the patients immunity is less.. Then it's possible
