Cluster migraine headaches
Headache triggers on one side of head with cold and then persist for 3 to 4 days, nimesulide didn't even help. Please suggest

Till then you can take this for pain
Tab. Pan 40mg
Tab. Naxdom 500mg
Tab. Sibelium 10mg once a day
