Clot in brain

My fiancé is having CVST. He is on medications. Anticoagulants are being given already. It's been 2 weeks since the treatment has started. Before the treatment started he had symptoms like blurring of vision on exposuring to light severe headache and neck pain. Now symptoms are getting better but blurring on exposure of light is still there. My grandmother also had clot in her brain. I don't remember whether it was cvst or an arterial clot . But her condition worsened over time. I am afraid can it happen to him also? Or he can recover well. And what are the chances of getting another clot? The reports are attached.
