Clindamycin phosphate gel-pregnancy safe
I was prescribed clindamycin phosphate gel before pregnancy when I had black spots on face. I'm 24weeks pregnant and 3-4 pimples are on my face. Is clindamycin phosphate gel safe during pregnancy?

Safe... however treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
