There is a clicking sound that comes in my shoulders when I move it. There is no pain when I move it.

No pain good . Click sound is normal. Unless it is stoping you ftom daily work . To rule out some shoulder problems we need MRI . But its expensive test 6-9k . If u really had problems then get it done.
