Hey, I've recently started lifting and noticed quite quickly that overhead lifts makes my shoulders click, followed by a dull pain if I continue. Then if I perform squats my knees will begin clicking, although with no pain involved. Is there anything I can do to stop this or is this a simple case of bad genetics?
