I had ACL tear in my right knee around 6 months ago. The reconstruction surgery is scheduled in December. from the last 2 months my left knee(uninjured one) has started to click on full extension and sometimes locks a little bit which after a few steps goes away with a loud click. There is little bit pain sometimes under the kneecap, not enough to bother...but enough to be noticed. There is no swelling either. Why is it so?
