Chiropractic adjustment will help. Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Many at times the clicking sound of knees can be due to muscle imbalance. Certain muscles are overworked and some are weak. Plz do check if the sides of Ur thigh, in medical terminology we call it IT band, is it too tight/tough. If so do use foam roller to self release it. Do hamstring and psoas muscle stretching exercises. After few days of stretching, u should start strengthening exercises.
Next Steps
Consult a experienced Physiotherapist
Health Tips
Avoid crossing of Ur legs while sitting
