Clear skin

I do not have any acne or skin problem. But I would like to know if there is any supplement or pill which is a combination of estrogen and progestin, as am very concious of my skin n hair :)....and I guess these 2 harmones generally help to make your skin clearer and glow. I do eat healthy food...lot of greens, seeds, fruits etc. but curious to know if there is any other pill also which i can take and is not harmful or have side affects. Hope am not being stupid in asking that :)
