Does clear aligners ( not Invisalign) also move the molars? Would it be effective to correct misaligned jaw? And how much would it cost ?

Moving Molars is indeed difficult for any clear aligners. Correcting malaligned JAWS will not be possible with clear aligners.

Consult an Orthodontist. Get 2 X Rays done. 1. OPG 2. Lateral Cephalogram
